Face wash: twice a day lightly with water only (or Dove soap)

Moisturizing: Stop using all prior products and use one moisturizer only.

Makeup to avoid: Foundation (especially air cushions), BB/CC Cream. Blusher: Use cake types only (no cream types)

Products to avoid: Elastine, Kerasys, shampoos for hair loss, Oriental/herbal shampoos
-Change your pillow sheets daily (or cover with a fresh new towel)

Toothpaste: Baking soda (Arm&Hammer Dental Care, Enamel Care, Complete Care)

Shaving products: Gillette Fusion Hydra Skin Gel, electric razors

Avoid saunas and hot yoga.
