What is Radiesse?
Radiesse is an ECM stimulator that help our skin to fill in the essentials. 
Unlike dermal filler, which is artificial material, Radiesse help skin's ECM to generate, giving natural volume to the skin.



Understanding How Radiesse Works
Think of our skin as a tree. If we give everything that tree needs to grow - sunlight, water, and nutrition - but if tree still doesn't grow, what would be the problem? The problem is underneath the tree - the soil.

Radiesse's Mechanism
Unlike Radiesse, PLLA is recognized as outer substance by our immune system so PLLA indirectly help ECM generation.

Radiesse has different mechanism than inflammation. Radiesse’s CaHA which is more advance than PLLA -it can directly help ECM generation.


Also, Radiesse has very has very consistent size and has round and smooth surface.

As you can see in the pictures above, product A is in crystal form with pointy particles and product B has inconsistent size. 

The size and shape of the particle also effect ECM generation. Pointy or inconsistent particles have higher possibility of inflammation. Radiesse has consistent size and smooth surface so the possibility of inflammation is lower and can efficiently help ECM generation.
