How to get SIM card in Korea




Hello Everyone! we will introduce how to purchase a SIM card in Korea that is a great tip and option when you travel to Korea for tourist. It will give you easy and convenient to the internet without the hassle of trying to find free WIFI in Korea. Actually, tourists need to find and log in to each WIFI hotspot because of it really annoying and inconvenient.  When you walk out the door, you will not have costs effective access to date and you really need it for a whole rage of reason; using public, transport, platforms, and station as well as for using a map like NAVER MAP and KAKAO MAP or GOOGLE MAP. 



There is a key tip that is a plan to pre-order your Korea SIM card with many providers allowing up to 1-3 days in advance. Also, if you arrive or depart early or late, it is better to order before you travel. Also, you can select the PICK-UP location in both Seoul and Busan. 

The details are as follows:
  • Seoul – Incheon International Airport
    • Terminal 1 – On the 1st Floor (Arrivals Hall) – There are three KT Roaming Booth located between Gates 6 and 7 (open 24hrs daily), between Gates 4 and 5 (open 7:00am-10:00pm), and between Gates 10 and 11(open 6:00am-10:00pm).
    • Terminal 2 – On the 1st Floor Arrival Floor between Gates 2 and 3 (open 24 hours daily)
  • Seoul – Gimpo International Airport – 1st Floor Arrival Floor, Gate 1 (7:00am – 11:00pm)
  • Busan – Gimhae International Airport – 1st Floor Arrival Floor, Gate 3 (6:00am – 10:00pm)
  • Busan – Busan Harbor International Passenger Terminal- 2nd floor, Gate 4 (6:30am-7:30pm)
