Renewme Dermatology Clinic Network offers opportunities for foreign doctors to learn about popular treatments and procedures here in Korea. Our courses focus more on hands-on training rather than simple theory, allowing doctors to practice under close supervision before regularly performing on patients.
One course we believe might be particularly interesting is the training program for obesity treatments. These are minimally invasive treatments that have been proven effective in slimming and contouring, without the troublesome side effects and downtime of actual liposuction:
FatOut (Quick Mini-Liposuction)
This combines the effects of liposuction but makes it a lot simpler. Anesthesia is done only locally, and after a fat-dissolving solution is injected, a small amount of fat is removed through a canulla. Effects are immediately visible once the slight swelling goes down, and suturing is not necessary which means patients can go back to their daily routines right away. Patients are able to see with their own two eyes the fat that has been removed during the procedure. A quick treatment that takes less than an hour.
HPL (Hypotonic Pharmacologic Lipo-Dissolution)
HPL is comprised of solutions that effectively target and destroy fat cells which are discharged through urine or sweat. Doctors would learn the exact recipe for the most effective solution, as well as techniques in injecting it into targeted areas. A similar solution can also be used for contouring the face - this would also be taught in the Obesity Treatment Training Course.
