Everyday Skin Tips for Contact Dermatitis Patients

Face wash: twice a day lightly with water only (or Dove soap)

Moisturizing: Stop using all prior products and use one moisturizer only.

Base Makeup: Avoid wearing makeup, or just use a light makeup base and powder.

Makeup to avoid: Foundation (especially air cushions), BB/CC Cream. Color Makeup: Use beige/nude tone eyeshadow.
Eyebrow products: Innisfree. Do not use cake-types like MAC Brow Shader etc.
Blusher: Use cake types only (no cream types)
Products to avoid: Nail polish

Shampoo/Conditioner: Atopalm, Dr. Ato, Physiogel, Cetaphil
Products to avoid: Elastine, Kerasys, shampoos for hair loss, Oriental/herbal shampoos
-Change your pillow sheets daily (or cover with a fresh new towel)

Toothpaste: Baking soda (Arm&Hammer Dental Care, Enamel Care, Complete Care)

Shaving products: Gillette Fusion Hydra Skin Gel, electric razors

Avoid saunas and hot yoga.
